FOOD AND COMMERCIAL VENDOR INFO
The 2025 Tri-County Fair will be held August 28-31!
Fair Hours: Thursday & Friday = 4 PM to 12 AM and Saturday & Sunday = 12 PM to 12 AM
To participate in the 2025 Tri-County Fair, please complete and return your application to tricountyfairvendors@gmail.com.
All applications will be reviewed and, if accepted, you will be contacted to confirm availability and then a contract will be issued. We do our best not to duplicate products so that every vendor has the best possible show at our fair; some overlap may occur.
Returning vendors do not have to submit an application; you have first right of refusal, if a contract is issued.
Commercial Vendors
We have a limited number of indoor and outdoor vendor spaces.
- Indoor booth fees = $450 per 10’ x 10’ location for the duration of the fair.
- Outdoor booth fees = $500 per 10 ’x 10’ location for the duration of the fair.
- Indoor and Outdoor Commercial booth fees include 8 – 1-day gate passes and 1 – 4-day parking.
- Additional vendor admission passes are available at the reduced rate of $3 per person per day (plus fees unless paying via cash) and 4-day vendor parking passes are available for $15 for the duration of the fair. Single-day parking is available at $5 per vehicle, per day (no return privileges).
* Vendors are required to park in designated areas. - BOOTHS MUST BE staffed for the following hours for the optimum selling advantage:
* Indoor Booths: Thursday & Friday 4 PM to 11 PM / Saturday & Sunday 12 PM to 11 PM
* The indoor building is locked every night and unlocked in the am with supervision.
* Outdoor Booths: Thursday & Sunday 4 PM to 11 PM / Friday & Saturday 12 PM to 12 AM - Tents, tables, and chairs are the responsibility of the applicant. Equipment is not provided.
- All tents must be inherently fire resistive or treated and labeled accordingly.
Food Vendors
- FEE: $600 minimum guarantee OR 20% of gross sales after taxes, whichever is greater. The minimum guarantee is due as a deposit, with return of a contract (if accepted).
* Register tapes & Z reports OR point of sale (POS) records & reports are required daily. - PASSES: Vendor admission passes are available at the reduced rate of $3 per person per day (plus fees unless paying via cash) and 4-day vendor parking passes are available for $15 for the duration of the fair. Single-day parking is available at $5 per vehicle, per day (no return privileges). Vendors are required to park in designated areas.

- Food trailers and preparation must comply with Inyo County Health Department requirements; health permit fee and application required.
