Chili, Cars, and Cervezas returns to the Tri-County Fairgrounds May 3-4, and this year we’re bringing extra heat with the two days and the gravity-defying, adrenaline-charged FMX Ramp-Age Show! This International Chili Society World Qualifier Cook-Off features world champion chili, a variety of craft beer, shopping, a car show, swap meet, and jaw-dropping FMX stunts!

Get your sampling kits for a hearty tasting experience! Some of the best chili cooks in the West are serving up their most flavorful red, verde, and homestyle chilis and salsas. They’re competing for their shot at the ICS World Championships and your vote for the highly coveted People’s Choice Award!

Wash down those savory samples with a flight of craft beer. The Craft Beer Experience is a customizable tour with a variety of award-winning and local favorites on tap for you to sip and sample. Because nothing goes better with chili than an ice, cold beer.
THE FMX SHOW

FMX Ramp-Age combines the high-flying action of freestyle motocross with the passion of X-Games gold medalist Adam Jones, who creates the most captivating and entertaining freestyle motocross show available.
In this unique freestyle motocross show, Adam takes on the roles of both athlete and announcer. From inside his helmet, positioned upside down 30 feet in the air, he hosts the entire show. The performance includes breathtaking backflips, in-helmet commentary through a microphone, and a specially curated show soundtrack. FMX Ramp-Age offers an unparalleled experience in the world of freestyle motocross.

The car show features all makes, models, years, motorcycles, and tractors! Awards will be given out for Best of Show, Best Paint, Best Engine, Best Interior, Oddest Entry, Best Work in Progress + more fun surprises.

THE CHOO CHOO SWAP MEET

During Chili, Cars & Cervezas you can go treasure hunting at the Eastern Sierra’s biggest bi-annual (May and October) yard sale at the Tri-County Fairgrounds. Admission is $5 per adult and paid at the event. All proceeds benefit the Laws Railroad Museum.
