BUY TICKETS

ESAC will hold it’s famous Annual Fundraiser in a COVID responsible and socially distant manner this year at the Bishop Drive-In Theater located on the Tri-County Fairgrounds.

You can also choose to stream the event live and participate from the comfort of your own home. We encourage all participants to purchase tickets online to minimize in-person transactions at the fairgrounds.

EVENT TICKETS | PARTICIPATION

Event Tickets are $20/person
An Event Ticket gives you the option for either the in-person or at-home version of the event.
After purchasing a ticket you will receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase, as well as a link to attend the event online.
Please bring proof of ticket purchase with you if you attend in-person to get in the gate.
Each Event Ticket also serves as a Raffle Ticket and gets you one entry into the raffle.

RAFFLE

There is only one type of raffle this year – tickets are $20 each
We encourage the purchase of raffle tickets online and ahead of the actual event.
Raffle prizes will be bundled to reduce the overall number of prizes and increase their value (this is to simplify the event for staff and minimize exposure for the public).
The raffle will run incrementally throughout the evening, with a few prizes drawn as referenced in the schedule above.
Names will be called and announced at the live event and on the live-stream.
You do not need to be present to win for the raffle
Prizes may be picked up in-person at the fairgrounds, after the event in Mammoth or Bishop, or you can pay to have items shipped to you.

SILENT AUCTION

The Silent Auction will be entirely online this year and will be announced soon!!
You do not need to attend the event at all to participate in the Silent Auction
The Silent Auction will close at 6pm on 12/5 and winners will be announced at the event.
Prizes may be picked up in-person at the fairgrounds, after the event in Mammoth or Bishop, or you can pay to have items shipped to you.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Local food trucks will be on-site beginning at 4pm serving a variety of dinner options
Beer & wine will be sold on-site

CAMPING

Camping is available on the fairgrounds property following the event on 12/5
Camping is $35/vehicle, payable at the gate upon entry
Camping is in a slighly different location than the drive-in event
You can park your car at camp and walk over to the drive-in with chairs and blankets for the event, or move your car to the campground following the drive-in.

COVID SAFETY

ESAC is committed to running a COVID-safe and compliant event and is appreciative of the opportunity to do so.
Your cooperation is imperative for this event to take place
Masks will be required for all participants.They must be worn when arriving at the gate, going to purchase food, pickup prizes, use the restroom, etc.
Each car will be assigned and be required to park in a designated ‘bubble’. You are asked to remain in that bubble during the event unless you are purchasing food, using the restroom, picking up prizes, etc.
We request that you transact as much business as possible online and ahead of the event to reduce interface with staff at the fairgrounds.
Non-compliant individuals will be asked to leave the event.
